Why are all the new blocks 'Total Footprint Developments' How does this achieve so-called 'Net-Gain for biodiversity. Its actually Total Loss.

Through working on so-called regenerated estates across London, I began to notice that in the new estates, there was a lack of community facilities. On the Packington Estate in Islington: the former canalside clapperboarded youth club; the shopping parade with it's own theatre; the new community hall for line dancing; and the multiple open spaces with swings and trees became - a communal grass square for pooping dogs -surrounded by glass towers and cars.  An 'arms length' aventure playground run by a community interest company closed for private hire at weekends during the school holidays.
